Terms of Service

Welcome to Waste Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or equipment, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Services Provided

Waste Solutions provides trash pickup, garbage bin rental, dumpster rental, and roll-off services throughout the Rigby, Idaho area and surrounding communities. Services are offered based on availability, location, and service agreements.


2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access for waste collection and dumpster delivery.
  • Use containers for appropriate materials only (no hazardous, flammable, or prohibited items).
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries according to our published guidelines.
  • Pay all invoices in full by the due date listed.

Customers are responsible for any damages to dumpsters or equipment caused by misuse or negligence.


3. Payments and Fees

All services must be paid in accordance with the invoice terms. Late payments may result in service interruption, additional fees, or account suspension until the balance is paid. Prices are subject to change with notice.


4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service requests and cancellations must be submitted during normal business hours.


For scheduled dumpster rentals, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery may result in a cancellation charge.


Residential and commercial service accounts are subject to a minimum service commitment of three (3) months from the start date of service. Customers who request cancellation prior to completing the three-month minimum term will be responsible for payment of the remaining balance due for the minimum service period.


Customers who cancel service while remaining within our service area will be assessed a $75 service cancellation fee. This fee covers the cost of container retrieval, transportation, and cleaning.


All cancellation fees and outstanding balances will be applied to the customer’s account and are due upon billing.




5. Liability

Waste Solutions is not liable for any damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, or equipment issues. We are not responsible for property damage that occurs in areas designated by the customer for placement of dumpsters or containers.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Waste Solutions and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved in Jefferson County, Idaho.
